UI/UX Design Sprint
A focused two-week sprint that takes a fuzzy idea to a clickable, tested prototype — ready to validate with users or hand off to engineering.
How the system works
- 01Day 1–3: research, competitive teardown, user interviews, problem framing.
- 02Day 4–7: information architecture, low-fi wireframes, flow validation.
- 03Day 8–12: hi-fi UI in Figma with a small design system and a clickable prototype.
- 04Day 13–14: usability tests with 5 users + iteration and engineering handoff doc.
